The Territories
Viterbo and Orvieto – Umbria
Viterbo and Orvieto are two of Central Italy’s most distinctive historic destinations, internationally appreciated for their cultural heritage, panoramic landscapes, and authentic lifestyle. Their surrounding countryside offers attractive opportunities in historic properties, farmhouses, country estates, and hospitality-oriented investments, while remaining more accessible and competitively priced than many Tuscan locations.
Todi & Assisi – Umbria
Todi and Assisi are among Umbria’s most desirable destinations, known for their historic character, scenic landscapes, and quality of life. The surrounding areas, including Umbertide, offer a diverse range of investment opportunities. Participants will visit selected off-market historic properties and castles, with short on-site workshops led by specialists in the restoration of historic buildings, offering practical insights into renovation and investment potential.
Tuscania – Lazio
Tuscania offers one of Central Italy’s most authentic and undiscovered property markets, with panoramic landscapes, historic stone architecture, and exceptional country estates. This ancient Etruscan town, just a short distance from Rome, combines strategic accessibility with outstanding investment opportunities. Still largely overlooked by the international market, it offers excellent potential for farmhouses, prestigious rural estates, and long-term investment in an unspoiled setting.
